We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned with all tags and packaging intact (e.g., clothing tags, dust bags, boxes).
  • The receipt or order number must be provided for reference.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping.

  • Free Return Shipping: If your return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no extra charge.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.


5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item).
  • If the returned item does not meet the requirements (e.g., worn or damaged), we reserve the right to refuse the return and may return the item to you at your expense.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at luxury@luxur.fun. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to return the damaged item. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.


7. Late Returns

Any returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.


8. Sale or Discounted Items

Sale items and items purchased with promotional discounts are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


9. Gift Returns

If you received a gift from Luxury Menswear and wish to return it, please follow the same process outlined above. Refunds for gifts will be issued to the original purchaser.


10. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at luxury@luxur.fun. Once the order has been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
